Explore Cades Cove. Cades Cove is an 11 mile motor trail that may be hiked or biked as well as driven. An early Tennessee pioneer settlers community with working grist mill, settler homes and churches, and other artifacts from early Tennessee pioneers having settled the Great Smoky Mountains. Visitors enjoy the abundant wildlife and easy pull-offs for family picnics. Smoky Mountain black bears are common, please do not feed or chase the black bears. Cameras are a must while artists love to capture Cades Cove on canvas. |
