Teachers deserve more appreciation than just an apple on their desk! That’s why 15 different attractions in the Great Smoky Mountains are offering free tickets and discounts for school personnel during February and March. Cabin Fever Vacations invites school employees to spend their next vacation at our Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge cabins, so they can take advantage of all the amazing deals going on in the upcoming weeks.

Did you know that Ripley’s Believe It or Not began as a comic strip in 1919? Today, the Ripley’s company has museums and attractions all over the country, including eight in the city of Gatlinburg!
From February 21 through March 9, all of the Ripley’s Attractions in the Smokies are celebrating teachers. Anyone who works in a school will receive free admission at any Ripley’s location. School personnel can also bring one guest with them for no charge. Up to four additional guests are eligible for a reduced ticket price of $10.99. To claim their free ticket, school employees must bring their ID card and a recent pay stub.

MagiQuest Family of Attractions
In addition to Ripley’s, another fantastic group of Smoky Mountain attractions are also observing Teacher Appreciation Days! Any school personnel who visits the attractions in the MagiQuest family from from February 21 through March 9 will get in free of charge. Teachers and other school employees can bring one free guest. All additional guests are just $5 per person. These attractions require a valid school ID and reservations made no later than 24 hours in advance.

The Titanic Museum is not only one of the most interesting attractions in the Smoky Mountains, it is also one of the most educational. When you come aboard this museum, you will learn all about the history and science behind the 1912 sinking of the RMS Titanic. Fitting with the Titanic’s commitment to making learning fun, the museum is currently offering special ticket prices for teachers and home schooled students!
All throughout February, teachers and principals at Tennessee schools will get discounted tickets at the Titanic. This deal applies to teachers who work in both public and private schools.
When teachers come to the Titanic Museum with their school ID card, they can purchase tickets for $8.50 each. This special price also applies to one guest or the teacher’s immediate family (up to 2 adults and 4 children).
Titanic Homeschool Rates and Activities
A visit to the Titanic Museum is a great field trip for homeschooled students! From February through April, the Titanic is offering discounted tickets for kids who are educated at home.
Students who visit the museum will fill out a special scavenger hunt that will enhance their Titanic experience. This fun activity will help your kids learn all about history, science, math, geography and more.
